City of Frisco
During the council election in 2002, members of Equality|Frisco sought feedback from all candidates for mayor and council on the support for an ordinance similar to that adopted by the City of Dallas. This has been an ongoing project for the group, and we continue our work to advance equality in Frisco in 2004.
Currently Equality|Frisco is working on amending the city's employment policy to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
